JOB OVERVIEW & HIGHLIGHTS:

• Identify & attract candidates within the healthcare industry
• Recruit within an assigned territory with no travel required ever
• This is primarily a phone sales position where you will spend most of the day prospecting, attracting, and closing candidates to pursue positions with your clients
• Work on a team with a Regional Team Leader and Business Development Manager
• Phone sales where you must build trust, provide value & close deals
• On average make 40-50 calls per day with 3-4 hours of connected talk time

TOP CANDIDATES POSSESS:

• Previous sales experience - Required
• Executive Search experience - Preferred
• No healthcare experience is needed...this is a sales position with the primary function of the role being phone sales with both cold and warm leads
• Local to Bend or ability to relocate...remote is not an option in this position
• Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Self-motivated and driven to excel
• Positive attitude, humility & hunger to grow
